Christos Spirtzis was born in 1969, raised, and is still living in Athens. He studied at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of the Polytechnic School of Democritus University of Thrace. He worked as a freelancer from 1995. He is married to Dimitra Foufri and has got two children, Panagiotis and Kallia.
His approach has always been to utilize Greek productive and scientific resources, and mainly the youth, for the restructuring and development of Greece and for improving citizens’ quality of living.
In September 2015, he was elected as Member of Parliament for SYRIZA, for the Second Constituency of Athens. Subsequently, he was appointed by Prime Minister, Mr. Alexis Tsipras, as Minister of Infrastructure and Transport and Networks.
-After the last reshuffling of the government, Mr Spirtzis remained as Minister of Infrastructure and Transport.
-In January 2015, he participated in the National Salvation Government, of the Prime Minister Mr. Alexis Tsipras, serving as Alternate Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Networks.
- He was the Chairman of the Technical Chamber of Greece since September 2010 (two terms).
- He was Vice Chairman B’ of the Steering Committee of the Technical Chamber of Greece from 2007 to 2010, and was in charge of matters of Energy, Development, Employment, Social Security, Professional Licensing, Publications, Representation Ethics and Information Bank.
- He was a Member of the Steering Committee of the Technical Chamber of Greece from 2000 to 2003. He was also a Member of the Plenary of the Economic and Social Committee of Greece from 1999 to 2008, elected in its Executive Committee continuously from 2002 to 2007.
- He was appointed Supervisor of the Permanent Committee for Young Engineers of the Technical Chamber of Greece in 1996. He was first elected representative at the Technical Chamber of Greece at the age of 28.
As a student he was actively involved in the Student Union; he was a member of the Board of the Student Union of the Polytechnic School of Xanthi and of the Administration Bodies of the Democritus University between 1986 and 1993.
He was involved, both as a manager and as an engineer, in the drafting of development proposals and the implementation of development plans, regulatory frameworks and technical specifications in the following fields: production of works and designs, planning and operation of transport systems, ICT applications, promotion of integrated physical planning interventions, town planning restructuring, energy and structural upgrading of buildings, environmental protection and sustainable development, innovation, modernization of administrative structures and infrastructures etc. In his capacity as responsible for matters of Energy he contributed to the completion of the legal and scientific project for energy saving and the drafting of a long-term strategic plan on energy. He represented the Technical Chamber of Greece at social activities regarding free spaces, free access to beaches, and he was responsible for joint activities with other Agencies such as the Observatory for Natural Destructions, the Observatory for Road Safety, and the project of setting out a distinct Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning.

Nikos Pappas was born in 1976. He lived in the working class suburb of Kesariani. He joined the Youth Structures of Synaspismos (the left wing Coalition Political Party) in 1993 and he was elected afterwards Member of its Board.
He studied and worked in Scotland for several years.
He taught economics and worked as researcher in various projects at the Fraser of Allander Institute – University of Strathclyde.
He was awarded a PhD degree in Economics from Strathclyde University.
Nikos Pappas held the position of the director of Alexis Tsipras office from 2008 to 2015.
In the (January 2015) general elections he was elected as Member of the Parliament in the Athens B constituency. He was re-elected in the general election of September 2015.
He served as the Minister of State from January 2015 until November 2016.
He is currently the minister of Digital Policy, Telecommunications and Media and he is also member of the Political Council of Syriza.

Tatiana Dermati is Institutional Relations Officer at the European Investment Bank Group Office in Athens, Greece, since September 2017. She has worked in the Legal Affairs Department of EIB since 2003, initially providing legal support to financing operations in Greece, Cyprus and Western Balkans, and later on to innovative financial products and investment funds. Previously she worked as legal counsel in Athens as well as in a startup company in London. She holds a law degree from the University of Athens, Greece, and an MBA degree specialized in Finance from City University (Cass Business School) in London, UK.

Yiannis Boutaris was born in Thessaloniki in 1942. He obtained his Degree in Chemistry in 1965 from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and his Diploma of Oenology from the Wine Institute of Athens In 1967. From 1969 through 1996 he served successively as Assistant Director, Technical Director, and Managing Director at the family wine industry J. BOUTARI & SON S.A. In 1996 he left the family firm and in 1998 he created KIR YIANNI winery, located at the privately-owned vineyards of Yiannakohori and Amyndeon, run today by his two sons.  Yiannis Boutaris was elected Mayor of Thessaloniki in November 2010 (first term Jan 2011 – Aug 2014) and in May 2014 (present term Sept 2014 – Aug 2019). He has served as President and member of the Board of Directors of many professional, cultural, and environmental organisations since 1980. He has received many national and international awards and distinctions, both as a winemaker and as Mayor of Thessaloniki.

Industrial Engineer with post-graduate studies and Ph.D. in Business and Economics from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He taught at Universities in the USA as well as at the University of Piraeus where he served as Rector (1987-1990).

Chairman & CEO of Public Power Corporation (2007-2009), Chairman of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (08/2012-03/2013) Vice Chairman of the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (2010-05/2014), Chairman of the Foundation for Economic and Industrial Research (05/2014-to date), Chairman of the Board of Heracles General Cement Company, a member of Lafarge Group (05/2014-to date).
Professor Emeritus of the University of Piraeus (1999). Awarded with the Emperor’s of Japan Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star (2007).

Stefanos Mytilineos is the General Manager responsible for Group Digital Business in Piraeus Bank. His remit includes leading the bank’s online and mobile channels, the bank’s Call Center, Analytics and Fraud Management. Following the launch of the bank’s e-branch concept in 2016, he also has responsibility for the development and operation of these branches.
Prior to Piraeus Bank, Stefanos Mytilineos has served as the Chief Information Officer of Commercial Bank in Qatar, the Deputy Group CIO of Eurobank and has spent 8 years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company serving clients in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and a First Class BEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol.

Konstantinos Skrekas hails from Megarhi, Trikala. He is married to Eirini Karagouni and father of two daughters, Alexandra and Sophia.
He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Technology), and an MSc in Construction Management from the University of Birmingham, UK.
After completing his studies, he worked in the FMCG sector (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) in managerial positions. Co-founder of a company operating in the FMCG sector and CEO for 15 years.
In 6 May 2012 he was elected Member of the Greek Parliament (MP) for the Constituency of Trikala with the New Democracy Party. He was re-elected in the parliamentary elections of 17 June of the same year. On 25th of January 2015 re-elected receiving the largest number of electoral votes among candidates from all parties. He was re-elected in the parliamentary elections of 20 September 2015.
During his incumbency in the Hellenic Parliament he has been member of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs, the Standing Committee on Production and Trade, the Special Permanent Committee on Research and Technology and the Special Permanent Committee on Environmental Protection.
He was appointed Minister of Development and Competitiveness.
Today he is the responsible MP for the Environment, Energy and Climate Change Sector for the New Democracy Party.
He speaks English and French.

Ioannis Plakiotakis is a member of the Greek Parliament representing the Lasithi constituency and served as the 9th President of New Democracy.

He studied Biochemical Engineering and also holds two postgraduate degrees. He speaks English and French.

In municipal elections of 1998, Ioannis Plakiotakis was elected member of the local council in Sitia municipality with the independent association of John Apidianaki. He was first elected as a MP in 2004 elections, and he has been re-elected at the same position in the elections of 2007, 2009, May and June 2012 and January and September of 2015.

During Costas Karamanlis administration, he served as Deputy Minister of Defence in charge of the army infrastructure project, meteorology and military sports (09/2007-10/2009). In 2009, he was appointed Head of Maritime and Island Policy Committee for the political party of New Democracy. During Antonis Samaras administration, he served as Deputy Minister of Labour, Social Security and Welfare in charge of the management of the European Social Fund and the Community employment programs (06/2014-01/2015). In February 2015, he was unanimously elected Secretary General of the Parliamentary Group. He was a member of the Standing Parliamentary Committee on Defense and member of the Parliamentary Committee on Production and Trade, Social Affairs and Equality, Youth and Human Rights.

During the period November 2015 to January 2016 he served as transitional President of the political party New Democracy.

Since December 2016, he is a member of the evaluation committee of candidates who wish to participate in the electoral party lists and also he is the Head of Maritime and Island Policy Committee of New Democracy.

Maria Nikoltsiou is a Journalist, anchor at Alpha TV and radio producer at Alpha 989.

She was born in Munich, Germany.

She is a graduate of Sociology - Panteion University. She has an MSc in European Studies - London School of Economics and an MA in International Relations - Kent University.

She has been working as a journalist since 1993 in radio – television and newspapers. Moreover, she worked as a London correspondent for Sky TV. She has hosted numerous news bulletins and TV programs. Since 2000, she has been a political editor at AlphaTV. In 2008, she presented the weekend main news bulletin. For the last 10 years, she has been presenting the midday news bulletin for AlphaTV and she hosts her own show called “Portraits” at Alpha989 Radio. She is married and a mother of two children. She speaks German and English.
